In vista delle prossime gare i nostri ragazzi si stanno allenando alla grande; lo testimoniano i continui miglioramenti dei personali, soprattutto di Tresor e Nacios.
In questo periodo entrambi hanno migliorato il personale nei 300m.
Per quanto riguarda Tresor un 36"6 che fa ben sperare per le prossime gare.
Invece Nacios (proprio ieri) ha siglato un bel 36"5 che segna il suo definitivo ritorno dopo settimane di fastidiosi problemi fisici.
Ora sono entrambi pronti a giocarsi un posto nella staffetta 4x400m titolare!
Il nostro Woodstock, correndo da solo (ora è diventato serio, sta lavorando!) riesce comunque a mantenere il nostro ritmo di allenamento e quando c'è bisogno di lui...eccolo che appare!
Non c'è molto da aggiungere....tutti stanno faticando parecchio per riprendere la condizione persa a causa di periodi di inattività.
Ne sanno qualcosa:
l'Antico che nonostante i problemi al ginocchio continua ad allenarsi imperterrito.
Il Mollo che dopo la non esaltante trasferta di Jesolo (Campionati Universitari) ricomincia piano piano a riprendere condizione.
Ma soprattutto Chambers che dopo quasi 20 giorni di stop non è ancora in grado di spingere al massimo, anzi, il dolore si è subito ripresentato al primo accenno di corsa. Utilissimi saranno i lavori di questi giorni per far svegliare la "sala macchine" e per capire la causa di questo dolore.
